You are probably over there thinking “this girl is crazy” but hey, I am just being honest over here! I love Mondays and, with this post, I hope I can help some of you that aren’t feeling so motivated after a weekend of Netflix and chill, or maybe just down because that coffee really didn’t help!
– YOU CAN PLAN FOR THE WEEK
Oh my! Turning the page of the agenda to a new, fresh, blank and empty page is one of the best feelings. It just allows you to focus better on your weekly tasks, write them down and start working on them!
– MONDAY MEANS A NEW CHANCE
If you had a bad week at work or emotionally, that’s passed. You can forget about it! You have a new chance to work on what went wrong and focus on what you can do better.
– WEEKEND IS COMING
Plan for the weekend! It will help you in feeling better and you will have something to look forward to, without having the stress of making last minute plans on Friday.
-MONDAYS ARE MEANT TO BE THE MOST PRODUCTIVE DAY OF THE WEEK
Time will fly by, you will probably have so much to do after a chilled weekend that the day will just be over before you know it!
Had your weekend’s plan blown out, maybe the weather wasn’t great? You wish you didn’t spend so much money? Or that you didn’t eat that big slice of cake? You have a clean slate, make the best out of it!
-START WITH A KILLER WORKOUT
Whether it is yoga or a heavy session with weights, getting up and being active is the greatest thing you can do for yourself at the beginning of the week.
-IT IS A GREAT DAY TO BE YOU
Be thankful that you woke up to another day and stop hating Mondays, it is just another day! Silly to hate 1/7 of the week. Breath in and smile, because if you start loving Mondays you will stick out like the beautiful, positive, motivated being that you are.
