We spoke about things we love about September
and that we are excited about, but this month also has the collateral effects caused by summer. And I am talking about damaged and dry hair, that the wind, the sun and the hot weather has done to our foliage.
Hair can not repair itself, so we need to give it a little push if we wanna see real results.
Today we are going to give you some important steps that you shall do in order to get shiny and healthy hair.
TRIMP SPLIT ENDS
I know, its difficult especially for girls with long hair…but is really important! I consider it as the first step to fully get into a new routine. There is no point trying to cure your hair, if the ends are dry and damaged because they will just continue to split again and again.
MOSTRUIZE MOSTRUIZE MOSTRUIZE
This is the key for your damaged hair! We have to replace the lost moisture the hair. And if you feel it dry and crunchy, using an intense hydrating mask will help.
If you can’t find the right mask for you you may want to try with oil. Coconut oil is really good, apply it just on your ends and roll everything up in a silk scarf for an whole night, then wash it off the next morning and you will be amazed by the result.
AVOID USING STRAIGHTENERS
Straighteners are known to damage the hair, obviously an occasional use is fine, but if you are willing to cure your hair from the damages avoid to exceed using straightener is a must.
Last but not least important is change your hair products, give it a fresh start finding new shampoo, mask and conditioner, because hair tends to get used to product really easily.
